Microtech Combat Troodon Gen III D/E OTF Black/Pink Al (4″ Blue Splatter)

Description

The Microtech Combat Troodon Gen III D/E OTF in Black and Pink Aluminum with a striking Blue Splatter finish is a bold, tactical automatic knife designed for serious performance. This double-action OTF (Out-The-Front) knife deploys a 4″ Böhler M390MK dagger blade with precision via a thumb slide, delivering quick, smooth action every time. The flat-ground blade with a plain edge ensures piercing power and cutting efficiency, while the durable aluminum handle provides a secure grip with standout style. Ambidextrous and USA-made, this vibrant take on the legendary Combat Troodon is built for those who demand reliability and edge—with attitude. Combat Troodon Gen III The Gen III Microtech Combat Troodon is easily the best version yet, as Microtech managed to make significant upgrades AND reduce the price! Yeah, you heard that right: It’s better and more affordable than its predecessor. Let’s get into the changes: The blade is now Bohler M390MK, Microtech’s proprietary steel; the pocket clip is milled titanium with a ceramic ball; the chassis is styled differently, resulting in improved ergonomics; it has standard Torx hardware for field stripping; and, most significantly, the internals have been stripped and redone, resulting in some of the easiest, smoothest OTF action on the market. Aside from the internal changes, milled grooves under the X-Button contribute to the easy operation, reducing friction and breaking apart lint and other debris. People love the Combat Troodon because it’s a big, hard-hitting beast of an OTF knife, and the Gen III version is still all that, but with the value cranked up to eleven. Microtech Knives Microtech Knives started in 1994 with one mission: to make the best knives possible.
